Winston! Winston was initially offered a position as a houseman, however during the trainings in November 2005, the management saw his potential as a front-of-the-house person. He became Coyaba's star bellman and a true ambassador for the hotel and for Grenada. You will often see Winston walking the grounds of the hotel making sure his "peeps" are happy and well taken care of. At his young age Winston is the true embodiment of what hospitality is all about. Keep up the good work!

Violet
a.k.a Shorty!
Violet is a seasoned service professional. When the
hotel was going to reopen violet was offered a position
for the laundry room, considering she might have been
tired after so many years in the front lines. Shorty would
not have that and she asked for the opportunity to
continue with "her life's work" as a waitress. Sure
enough Violet is amongst the most requested servers,
and one of the top mentions in the guest's comments.
Violet you are a true inspiration to all service
professionals, thank you!
