Who We Are

Arturo Arce Newland, our firm's principal. Has over 20 years experience in the service sector. He has worked mainly in the Food and Beverage industry where he excelled at guest service.

His dream of "no guest left behind" propelled him to create what was at the beggining a small, hotel staff training firm. Nowadays Answers & Solutions consults with many businesses in their strategic customer service plans.
