•        Excellence Together- 8 hour customer service session directed towards line-staff in all areas of hospitality, including
hotels, restaurants and retail operations, some of the topics covered are:
o        Who is our customer?
o        Tourism characteristics for the destination
o        Customer service principles
o        Communication skills
o        Sales skills

•        More Excellence Together- Follow up session for “Excellence Together” alumni. This session was designed to build
upon and strengthen skills acquired in the previous program. Some of the topics are:
o        A new understanding of service
o        The art of being a service provider
o        More communication skills
o        Complaint management
o        Teamwork towards excellence

•        The Power Within- Fully motivational session where we explore our disposition for service. This program was directed
for all levels of staff working in hospitality. Rather than focusing on the customer we change our paradigms by analyzing
our motivations for excellent service. Some of the topics in this program are:
o        Why pursue a career in service?
o        What drives me to excellence?
o        Self esteem, self image & motivation
o        Teamwork skills
o        Crisis management

•        Managing Quality Service- The target audience for this seminar are supervisors and managers of hospitality
operations. The session is designed to gain a better understanding of our staff; their motivations and their grievances in
order to streamline teams focused of excellent service. Some of the topics discussed are:
o        Our guest and our staff member characteristics and needs
o        Internal customer service
o        Supervisory communications
o        Leading vs. ordering
o        Coaching for excellence
•        Total Service- Program designed as the new generation of “Excellence Together”. This program is originally from
Argentina and has been delivered consistently for American Express for the past 15 years. Answers & Solutions participated
in the adaptation for the Caribbean and the translation from Spanish to English. This 4 hour program includes the
following topics:
o        Total quality: a ten step approach
o        Commitment to quality
o        Leadership and empowerment
o        Methodology for quality
o        Multidirectional communication
