Service Professional Certification Puerto Rico Hotel Association
Participation has been lively and well attended. The program has been delivered at Rincon of the Seas,
Pichi's conventioin Center in Guayanilla, and is scheduled for the Intercontinetal in Isla verde. All
participants have strong commitments to developing and improving service. For more information visit

Aruba Total Service
Many, many participants in Aruba Total Service. The workshops held from September 26--29 were very well
attended. As word spread there was an increase in inscriptions each passing day. As always the people of
Aruba are loving and very committed to the industry. Service is exceptional, as we have come to expect,

American Parking Systems
All of the managers and supervisors of this leading parking service in Puerto Rico participated in a three day
retreat. We explored ways to improve their service, pursue complete client satisfaction, and train the trainer
components to apply with their own staff.

USVI Department of Tourism
We had the great honor of facilitating the Strategic and Marketing Planning session for the US Virgin Islands
Department of Tourism. The result were fantastic and we were able to set the goals and milestones the USVI
dept. of Tourism will be working on this year.
